Verve was started from a love of podcasting...
Podcasts had made such a positive impact on Lauren’s life that she would subscribe her friends to shows she knew they would love.
And with no technical background but a love for podcasting and a knack for marketing, Lauren and a friend started their own podcast in 2016.
Lauren was instantly drawn to the strategy and production side of podcasting, and in 2018, she officially started working with clients as a podcast manager.
Since then, Lauren has helped female coaches and founders launch their top-charting shows and mentored thousands of aspiring podcast managers.
It was from these years of experience that Verve was created as a solution to female coaches and founders looking for a partner to produce a high quality show that amplified their brand and made an impact on their audience.

Lauren Wrighton
Founder and Chief Podcast Strategist
Lauren, alongside her incredibly talented team, has helped launch and grow hundreds of podcasts since 2018.
Combining her podcast and marketing expertise with her team’s creative and technical skills, Verve delivers on their commitment to excellence and impact.
Before she started working in podcast production, Lauren was a fitness instructor and corporate wellness girlie that craved more flexibility as a new mom. The desire to work for herself led her to podcasting and later to working with clients as a podcast manager.
Lauren lives in Indianapolis with her husband, four daughters, and golden retriever, Rufus. They can often be found making memories with their large (and loud) extended family.
